What to email about
- Bug reports & calculator errors — please include the page URL, your browser, and a screenshot if possible.
- Feature requests — tell us which calculator or tool you would like, and the real-world problem it would solve.
- Content corrections — if you spot a wrong rate, outdated tax bracket, or other factual issue, link us to the official source.
- Partnership / business inquiries — please introduce yourself and your company.
- Press and media — we are happy to provide quotes about Turkish finance calculators or PDF/file utilities.
- Privacy / GDPR / KVKK requests — access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data. Specify the request type and include the email address you used (if any).
Response time
We aim to acknowledge requests within 1–3 business days. Privacy and legal requests are completed within the timelines required by applicable law (typically 30 days under GDPR/KVKK; we acknowledge sooner).
Before you write

What we cannot help with
- Personalized financial, tax or legal advice. Our calculators are educational. For individual decisions, consult a licensed accountant, financial advisor, or attorney.
- Bank account / credit issues. We are not a bank. Contact your bank or the regulator (BDDK, TCMB) for account-specific issues.
- Tax debt / SGK queries on individual records. Contact the Revenue Administration (GİB) or SGK directly.
Operating entity
Omnvert is operated by an independent developer based in Türkiye. We do not maintain a physical office for visitor traffic; all correspondence is via email. For postal correspondence in connection with a legal matter, please email first to request an address.
